We invest heavily in research and development to remain at the forefront of semiconductor innovation, with a focus on GaN MicroLEDs that offer ultra fast speeds, high efficiency, and broad scalability for next generation systems.
Our engineering team partners closely with clients to develop tailored compound semiconductor platforms that meet performance, cost, and integration goals.
Our scalable MicroLED technology can power devices and infrastructure across industries, from AI cluster to consumer electronics, transforming the way data is moved, sensed, and displayed.

Our patented MicroLED technologies are engineered to emit light simulated for chip-to-chip and rack-to-rack optical interconnect data communication. Using advanced solid-state materials (Al, Ga, Sc, N), the technology ensures efficient high-fidelity data communications even in harsh environments. This innovation has numerous applications including AI data centers, advanced displays, and beyond.
